Scribal slope gets put to work...

This is one of the two short pieces I did on Friday. (Other one should be viewable by next week.)
The other is my scribbling on scraps of parchment, obtained courtesy of HG Nerissa and Lady Gabrielle de Noyes. This is the first time I've used them!
In case you're wondering - it's verses from the prologue of Henry V, so at least I have something interesting to write.
I'm using a 'traditional' ink from Corneilssen's. It's not marked oak-gall on the bottle, but that's how it's listed in the catalogue. Go figure! Anyway, it goes on grey but turns beautifully rich black w/in 5 mins.
