Car crash television - Mary queen of shops

Normally I avoid reality TV, because I find the car-crash tv cringing.
But I caught one of these Mary Queen of Shops last season - enough to make me watch the first episode this season.

She's trying to turn around a big-lady shop in Ascot. (Ascot is rich and comfortable - it's ideal for a big-lady boutique.)
Dear Lord.
The (skinny) shop owner doesn't like fat women. She thinks they're misshapen.
And on top of that - she doesn't read fashion magazines. 

I'm hardly a fashion icon. But for the love of little green apples, even I know that if you don't follow the business literature, and you don't like the people you work with...go find another job!

buttongirl, you'd be on the warpath! :-) You'd have to hear it to believe it.

Oh my. That's really awful. Please tell me when she either wakes up and becomes human or gets fired. I'll cheer more for option one but option two will make me happy, too.
