Yahoo/google/etc. are also cloud-based services. Basically, any service/site/thingy where they store it on their servers (with backup servers elsewhere) and you can access it anywhere is a cloud-based service. I suppose some folks might say that it has to be something you can access with an application/program (rather than just the web) to be cloud-based, but that's not the really defining thing.
