The Ealing Studios made some really classic comedies in their day and I will always have a fondness for them. The Lavender Hill Mob is one of my favs. The studio is probably best known for the St. Trianian series, but have you had a chance to catch The Man in the White Suit, The Ladykillers or Kind Hearts and Coronets? Really worth hunting down any you have missed.
