OUT the door!

Quitting time! This weekend Robert and I are buying a Christmas tree and decorations: a real tree for a real house! Yay!

It's very hard to feel Christmassy without snow - it feels terribly artificial. Temp doesn't get below 5 Celcius at night in SE England, so the chances of a white Christmas are pretty darned remote. :-( I really miss definite seasons.

However, just as Cdns have 'wind chill', I think Brits need 'damp chill' factor, to tell you how cold it feels in the English damp.

I'm also hoping to visit friends in Salisbury area on Sunday, to work on a pair of silk banners I started with their materials - the dye didn't set correctly, so now I have to either try to fix the badly-run dyes (caught in the March rain in Estonia at Crown tourney) or start over.
