Getting started

I've finally broken down and started an LJ, to keep my friends up to date about my travels, and hopefully encourage my friends to keep in touch.

I have posted several letters from past trips and experiences in date order, to provide background about my UK life to date. I'll be adding relevant dates, to help me remember to write something about them - mostly the really cool events I've attended that I never get around to writing up.

Nothing new of great note yet - mostly just figuring out the interface.
